Our consulting practice was established since 1999 by Dr Goh Moh Heng. It was first established as Hibis Consulting Singapore Pte Ltd; which was part of a global alliance partner of the Hibis Consulting Group comprising Hibis Consulting International Limited (UK), Hibis Consulting Scandinavia, and Hibis Consulting Australia. In April 2003, Hibis Consulting Singapore was renamed as GMH Pte Ltd. This is also a re-focus of business to assist organisations operating within Asia Pacific and the Middle east regions.
In January 2005, the Business Continuity Management Institute (BCM Institute) was founded in by Dr Goh Moh Heng. This enabled GMH to focus on delivering BCM and IT DRP consulting services; while, BCM Institute becomes an independent and neutral provider for business continuity (BC) and IT disaster recovery (DR) training and certification institute. Dr Goh continues to be a non-salaried President of the institute. GMH is licenced by BCM Institute to offer and deliver certification and non-certification courses related to BCM, IT DR, crisis management and other related areas.
