Serena is the Vice President at GMH Continuity Architects. She recently joined the company to help strengthen the management structure of the organization as the company grows bigger and are seeing more business opportunities.Serena has many years of hands on experience in the arena of BCM and IT Disaster Recovery, she has been managing large scale BC / DR function during her tenure with the respective banks. Serena with her vast background depth of experience and knowledge, brings along with her expertise and know-how which are valuable assets to the organization

Serena had work as the Associate Director for Barclays Capital Service Limited, the Viice President Lehman Brothers Asia Holdings Limited, JPMorgan Chase Bank and IBM. Prior to IBM, she was the System Security and Administrative Services Manager JPMorgan Chase Bank. She graduated with a Masters in Library Science & Information, State University of New York, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Language & Literature, National Chengchi University, Taiwan
