Provide in-house standard and customised workshops for staff groups in client organisations, which are designed to transfer essential BCM knowledge and skills to the participants; empowering them to progressively strengthen organisational BCM capabilities and competencies. We focus on developing an organisational-wide BCM awareness, education and training programme.
