Development and Implementation of Business Continuity Plans
GMH's consultants will manage the client organization's BCP implementation project from start-to-end. They will assist and guide the organization's BCP project manager and team, as well as the BCM steering committee, through all the stages of the project. This includes project tracking and management. Our consulting team will lead the organization through the all the stages of the BC planning methodology; reporting and presentation the major findings together with our recommendations for follow up actions.
