Crisis management is an essential and important component to any organization; enabling it to assert command and control over all incidents and disaster situations. Some organizations may categorize crisis management under a corporate-wide risk management framework; while others deem it as part of the enterprise Business Continuity Management program and framework. Generally, there's no specific structure or framework that is right or wrong. Crisis Command Operations Centre

The implementation of a crisis management framework usually requires the set of the crisis command operations centre and a corresponding plan. Our consultants will develop and implement this plan for our customers, if required; as well as assist them to design and set up the operations centre.
