Crisis management is an essential and important component to any organization; enabling it to assert command and control over all incidents and disaster situations. Some organizations may categorize crisis management under a corporate-wide risk management framework; while others deem it as part of the enterprise Business Continuity Management program and framework. Generally, there's no specific structure or framework that is right or wrong. The implementation of a crisis management framework usually requires the set of the crisis command operations centre and a corresponding plan. Our consultants will develop and implement this plan for our customers, if required; as well as assist them to design and set up the operations centre.
