Plan Review and Update
Having developed an initial set of plans and emergency responses is but the first step in ensuring business continuity in your organisation. In the course of a year, the external events and internal organisational changes may render the original assessments and plans incomplete, irrelevant, and some times total unusable. Testing and Exercising
Congratulations! You have now an updated set of business continuity plans. The next step is to make sure these plans are implementable and effective. GMH assists clients plan and conduct tests and exercises to uncover strengths and weaknesses in organisational BC plans, increase BCM capabilities and competencies amongst staff and management, and offer opportunities for improving or enhancing existing plans.
